Chef Q Pty Ltd humble beginnings at Ravenhall site in 2017. We are a dynamic integrated company situated in Melbourne, Australia that primarily manufactures and distributes hotpot-based gastronomic goods such as beef and lamb hotpot meat rolls, bean curd skin, fish balls, and a variety of seafood products.
We have subsequently relocated to a larger facility in Hoppers Crossing, which stores significantly more products as our distribution line of goods has grown, allowing us to extend our product range of hotpot-based delicacies to fulfill the local Asian needs
We are fully equipped with multiple large blast freezers and cold storage rooms so that we have the ability to store large amounts of both frozen items below -20°C and non-frozen items between 1 and 5°C.
Our R&D team relies on continual innovations and research to develop new goods, testing for quality and viability, and enhancing in accordance with market trends.
Our warehouses for dried goods and processing rooms' hygenic conditions are kept to HACCP Primesafe, and OHC standards.
Our inventory management conforms to (FIFO)First in, First Out protocols and SOPs in order to collect inventory data consistently, precisely, and reliably in order to minimize expired items.
All of our goods are created in line with HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety Primesafe standards, which emphasise high food safety standards for all customers and ensure all of our products are produced in the most sanitary environments for safe human consumption.
